§
Our team in
Wipro developed a LTE eNodeB Small cell RAN for NEC. The team was responsible
for creating and executing the System test cases in the fully integrated
system with hardware and all software components including LTE modem, OAM and
SON.
Roles & Responsibilities
§
Led the LTE
eNodeB validation team for Wipro - NEC developed eNodeB fully integrated
software.
§ Handled a team of 10 people, leading & mentoring them
in LTE RAN System SW validation right from Features review, Test case design

protocol stacks for various product lines for Motorola phones on different
platforms. Starting from 3GPP Rel99, we contributed to the complete
development and delivery of various features till Release8 for RRC, NAS, RLC,
MAC, PDCP and Layer1.

Management and RRC Broadcast module.

Designed and
developed NAS - Session Management test cases and executed the complete
Session Management test cases with <2% escape defect.>

Led the
entire development, testing and maintenance of the RRC Broadcast/ System
Information & Timer Module for 3G Protocol stack, starting from scratch.

additional responsibility of owning and maintaining Timer handling task for
the entire protocol stack.
Nov’97–Oct’99 with
India Institute of Technology, Chennai as Research Associate
Project

India
Institute of Technology under the guidance of Prof. JhunJhunwala developed
the first FiLL – Fiber in Local loop system in IIT R&D lab Chennai. I was
part of the core team that successfully built this product.

ownership of the complete design and implementation of POTC (2Mbps digital
input stream to two-wire output to telephone) with ADSP2181 in FiLL Fiber in
Local Loop R&D project

part of the team that was responsible for developing, testing, installation
and customer support for this system.
